End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and AutoNiche Pro ("Licensor") governing your use of the AutoNiche Pro software platform and all related services. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA and payment of applicable fees, AutoNiche Pro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Access and use the Service for your personal or business purposes
• Create, store, and export content generated through the Service
• Use generated content for commercial purposes in your own business ventures

3. License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the AutoNiche Pro software or interface
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit the platform itself
• Use the Service to build a competing product or service
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Service
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service
• Share your account credentials with third parties

4. Ownership of Generated Content

Content you generate using AutoNiche Pro (including PDF products, sales copy, email sequences, and landing pages) is owned by you. You may sell, distribute, or use this content commercially. AutoNiche Pro retains no claim to your generated content beyond what is necessary to operate the platform.

5. Platform Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to the AutoNiche Pro platform, software, algorithms, AI models, and associated intellectual property remain exclusively with AutoNiche Pro. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights in the platform.

6. Updates and Changes

AutoNiche Pro may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service and destroy any copies of materials obtained from the Service. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as provided in our refund policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. AUTONICHE PRO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AUTONICHE PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS EULA OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
